Art. 1. (1) izdavam.com collects and processes your personal information in connection with the provision of publishing services, registration of documents related to fees and taxes (including filing a tax return), declaration of copyright of the work (book, magazine, newspaper and other similar works subject to copyright law) with the company pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and in particular on the basis of the following:

Aims and principles in the collection, processing and storage of your personal information

Art. 2. (1) izdavam.com collects and processes the personal information you provide to us in connection with the use of our publishing services and the signing of a copyright statement provided to the company, including for the following purposes:

create an account and provide full functionality in the provision of our services       

individualisation of a party to the contract;

ensuring the performance of the contract for the provision of the relevant service;

Art. 3. (1) izdavam.com carries out the following operations with personal data for the following purposes:

Registration of a user on the website and performance of a contract for the provision of publishing services, registration of documents related to fees and taxes (including filing a tax return), declaration of copyright of the work (book, magazine, newspaper and other similar works submitted of copyright law) - the purpose of this operation is to create a profile to be associated with the use / used service / s and manage the content of the service / s through established administrative panel . Impact assessment conclusion: Based on the above impact assessment, the Data Protection Officer considers that the operation "Conclusion of a Publishing Service Agreement" with the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Use) of the site and all its supporting documents , which form an integral part of this document, is permissible for implementation and provides sufficient safeguards to protect the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects in accordance with GDPR requirements.       

Registration of documents related to fees and taxes (including filing a tax return) to a consumer for the purpose of recording sales of their books and registering them, and reporting income and tax. Impact assessment conclusion: On the basis of the above impact assessment, the Data Protection Officer considers the operation "Registration of the sale of the author of his work" to be permissible and provides sufficient guarantees to protect the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects in accordance with GDPR requirements.       

Signing and declaring a copyright of a work (a book, magazine, newspaper or other similar work subject to copyright law) - the purpose of this operation and this document is to declare the author requesting to use our service "Publishing a work (book , a magazine, newspaper, or other similar work subject to copyright law) "declaring that he and he alone owns the copyright in the written work;       

Sending Information Messages - The purpose of this activity is to administer the process of sending messages to customers regarding improvements or changes in services, changed parameters, and expiring services under the service agreement.       

Newsletter (newsletter) sending - the purpose of this operation is to administer the process of sending newsletters to clients who have stated that they wish to receive;

Grounds for data processing: By accepting the general terms and conditions and registering on the website and purchasing a service, a contractual relationship is created between izdavam.com and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.       

Other data released by izdavam.com - Upon entering our website or your account, izdavam.com collects data about the IP address used.       

Purpose for which data is collected: Improvement of service security and interface localization, statistical and marketing studies.       

Grounds for data processing: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR. Until the creation of a user profile, the IP address is collected on the basis of the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of the administrator - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (f) GDPR;       

Your invoice details for an individual - If you wish to be issued an invoice in your capacity as an individual, you must provide your unique citizen ID.       

Purpose for which the data is collected: Issuance of an invoice for making payments under a contract for the provision of services for using the e-commerce platform.       

Grounds for the processing of your personal data - By accepting the general terms and conditions and registering on the website, or at the conclusion of a written contract, a contractual relationship is created between izdavam.com and on the basis of which we process your personal data - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.       

(3) izdavam.com does not collect or process any personal data relating to the following:

disclose racial or ethnic origin;

The storage period of your personal data
